Board Of Directors

The Board of Directors serves as the apex governing body of Fairy Home Farzana Welfare Organization-FWO, elected every three years by the General Body. Comprising professionals from diverse fields, the Board provides strategic direction, reviews program, approves audits, and ensures effective governance. Meeting quarterly, the Board appoints the Chief Executive to oversee day-to-day operations and uphold organizational goals.

Advocate Farzana Khoso

Chairperson

Ms. Farazana Bibi is a LL. B (First Division) holder and the Chairperson of the Farzana (M) Welfare Organization (FMWO) Founder of Fairy Home Sukkur.

Farzana Bibi is a committed social activist and legal professional with a First Division Bachelor of Laws (LL. B). She serves as the Chairperson of Farzana (M) Welfare Organization (FMWO), a non-profit organization dedicated to social welfare, legal assistance, and community development. As the Founder of Fairy Home Sukkur, she has played a pivotal role in providing shelter, education, healthcare, and emotional support to orphaned and underprivileged girls. Her leadership reflects a lifelong commitment to justice, empowerment, and social responsibility, striving to create opportunities for marginalized communities.

Mr. Abdul Wahid Khoso

General Secretary & CEO

Mr. Abdul Wahid is a mid-level businessman and one of the key individuals who regularly contributes significant monthly donations for orphaned girls. He is also the Co-Founder of Fairy Home and the main charity lead at Farzana Welfare Organization (FWO). Mr. Wahid naturally possesses tremendous skills in mobilization and motivation at the grassroots level.

Dr. Mumtaz Ali

Finance Secretary

Dr. Mumtaz is an Orthopaedic Surgeon Rheumatologist Sports Medicine Specialist, M.A. (Economics) LL. B (First Division), Finance Secretary, Farzana (M) Welfare Organization (FMWO), Fairy Home Sukkur. He serves as the Finance Secretary of Farzana (M) Welfare Organization (FMWO), Fairy Home Sukkur, where he contributes his skills in management, economics, and law to support orphan care, education, and social welfare initiatives.

Ms. Reena Ahuja

Information Secretary

Ms. Reena has completed an MBA in Marketing. She is an activist within the minority community and has been a volunteer worker with Fairy Home since 2018. She is one of the most active members. Ms. Reena has dedicated her valuable time to Fairy Home with utmost sincerity.

She has celebrated many events with the fairies, especially “Diwali,” through which she conveyed the message that religion, race, color, and sectarianism should not divide humanity. She promotes the values of humanity; she has set an inspiring example at Fairy Home.

Ms. Shabana Ansari

Program & Management

Ms. Shabana Ansari holds a master’s degree in Sociology and has also acquired strong IT skills. She possesses diverse expertise in the following areas: overall management, data collection, orientation facilitation, community and stakeholder engagement, reporting, coordination, and session facilitation on various topics including stress management, supervisory skills, health, education, nutrition, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), and climate change.

At Fairy Home, Ms. Ansari led technical activities and overall management. She provided support in sponsorship programs, contributed to increasing membership, liaised with stakeholders, and engaged them in sponsor-related website activities. Furthermore, she was involved in policy development and served on various organizational committees.

Ms. Kiran Shoro

Accounts and Logistics

Ms. Kiran Shoro is a B. Com graduate and has also completed a CIT course. She has been serving at Fairy Home since 2018, where she has taken on multiple roles including Incharge, Supervisor, Teacher, Lead Person, and has also been handling Accounts and Logistics. Ms. Kiran has shown great dedication to Fairy Home, overseeing everything from the girls’ clothing to their meals. She is a senior staff member, and her services are truly commendable.

Advocate Sajjad Muhammad Zangejo

Lega Aid Advisor

Advocate Sajjad Muhammad Zangejo, by profession an Advocate, has been an active and dedicated member of the Farzana Welfare Organization (FWO) since 2018 and continues to serve to this day. Mr. Sajjad has actively participated in most of the events organized at Fairy Home Sukkur and other locations, spending valuable time with the Fairies. He has worked persistently to raise and address several key issues concerning the Fairies by corresponding with both the Government of Pakistan and the Government of Sindh, always with the aim of promoting and protecting their welfare. Furthermore, Mr. Sajjad is also providing legal and voluntary support in the court proceedings related to the Guardian applications for the new Fairies.

Ms. Ghazala Kashif

Director of Coordination

Ms. Ghazala Kashif has completed her MA and LLB. She is a social activist working on issues such as child rights, domestic violence, early marriage, women’s empowerment—especially in politics—gender-based violence (GBV), workplace harassment, and human rights. She actively raises her voice and takes legal action in cases of violence against women. Since 2024, Ms. Ghazala has been contributing to Fairy Home by working to increase membership, particularly focusing on encouraging female participation. She also helps spread awareness in the community about supporting orphaned girls. In addition to her personal contributions, Ms. Ghazala encourages others to contribute as well.

Abdul Fatah Baloch

Member

He works as an Associate Professor at Islamia Science College, Sukkur. He is a member of Fairy Home Sukkur and serves as the General Secretary of the Sukkur Social Society. He is also the founder of Paragon English Language Centre and a member of Sukkur Gymkhana.

Professor Abdul Fatah Baloch has significantly contributed to increasing volunteerism and membership at Fairy Home. He has actively mobilized and motivated the community to support and contribute to the well-being of the fairies.

Ms. Hafsa Mansoor

Volunteer

Ms. Hafsa Mansoor, a graduate by qualification, is a professional Head Baker, responsible for managing daily production and inventory, as well as an Executive Pastry Chef, overseeing overall kitchen operations, menu development, and staff management. Ms. Hafsa has had a seven-year relationship with the Fairies as a volunteer, participating in multiple activities. She has gifted cakes to the Fairies on various occasions and has also conducted baking classes for them. Every year, she celebrates the anniversary of Ma Bakers with the Fairies. Ms. Hafsa plans to train the Fairies at Fairy Home to become professional chefs, aiming to strengthen their cooking skills and open new opportunities for their future.

Haris Khan Afridi

Entrepreneur | Founder | Business & Community Leader

Haris Khan Afridi is an entrepreneur and community leader whose journey began with social impact. As the Social Media Manager of Farzana M Welfare Organization, he amplified the voice of charitable initiatives, driving awareness and engagement for causes that uplift underprivileged communities. This early role in digital outreach strengthened his passion for leadership, communication, and creating meaningful impact.

Building on this foundation, Haris founded Fenari, a lifestyle and fashion brand that blends cultural heritage with modern design, producing products that resonate locally and globally. His vision for Fenari lies in celebrating tradition while making it relevant for today’s world, ensuring that every creation carries both identity and innovation.
